Look! (tested in Firefox, Chrome and IE) =>

you type https://www.portena.gob.ar and the slider works right…
You clic at any post or page and the slider works right…

However,
When you clic Home item menu (“Inicio” at menu left); the slider disappear…

Yes there seems to be some jquery conflict. You can try by disabling any unnecessary plugins, meanwhile I’ll try to resolve the issue.

hi again!
I updated the site (in my local PC -https://localhost/portena-) to WP 3.7.1, and exactly the same…

RPS does not appear at Inicio neither after typing localhost/portena
RPS always appear when I clic on any other menu item…

So rare… ?? Thank you!

I think I found the problem…

What I did:
I disabled all the site plugins with a clic…
Then, by enabling one per one, the problem started with the plugin:
Social Sharing Toolkit Versión 2.2 | Por linksalpha | https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/social-sharing-toolkit/

If that plugin is enabled, RPS does not work at homepage (home – Inicio);
After disabling Social Sharing Toolkit, RPS does work at all,
