    Seems cool. A lot of folk here resist any kind of inline styling particularly on a cross browser sensitive rule like float. If we are using css we may as well go with it one hundred percent. But heck a work in progress? Looks fine to me. It had never entered my mind to use a graphic footer. Really original Good luck.
