Possible to choose mulitple time periods?

    I am considering using this plug-in to enable 6 volunteers to schedule the days (always a Friday) on which they’ll take notes at Rotary meetings. Two questions:

    1. Can they choose multiple Fridays at one time, or must it be one at time, with an admin approval after each scheduling?

    2. If I give these 6 volunteers a WP user role of Editor can they log in and schedule themselves, say, up to 6 months in advance?

    Hi ndespota,

    1. Currently you can only schedule one meeting at a time.
    However – you can set vCita to auto accept appointment requests when you’re available.

    2. Unfortunately this won’t work. You can sent your scheduling link to all of them and ask them to schedule their time. As mentioned above, You will not need to accept every meeting – this can be done automatically by vCita.

    To set this option, please visit your scheduling settings here and change the “Accept Meetings” to be “Automatically”.
