I cant get WooCommerce to look good

Hello guys, i am new to this forum.

Now i’ve been searching for a while already,
And i cant get WordPress/WooCommerce to look good.

The idea i want is kind of like:

see their product listing and hover on the image, i keep on trying and i cant get it to work.
