    Hello,

I tried to translate with PoEdit the .po file located here: \lib\translate\ but it didn’t work.

    Here is what I did:
    1. Translate paymill-en-US.po
    2. Uploaded the modified paymill-en-US.po in the ftp /wp-content/plugins/paymill-paymill-wordpress-904d67b/lib/translate

I also tried this (I’m concerned by implementing a French translation):
    1. Create paymill-fr-FR.po based on paymill-en-US.po
    2. Uploaded the modified paymill-fr-FR.po in the ftp /wp-content/plugins/paymill-paymill-wordpress-904d67b/lib/translate

    Thanks for your help

    Awesome plugin by the way!

    Hi,

what language string is set within your wp config file?

    Kind regards,

    Matthias

    French:
    define (‘WPLANG’, ‘fr_FR’);

Then I’d recommend naming the language file paymill-fr_FR.po instead of paymill-fr-FR.po ??

That’s how I named it but still didn’t work.

What if I change something directly in checkout_form.php, like
<label><?php echo __(‘Credit Card Number’, ‘paymill’); ?></label>

you’ve wrote in your first post

    2. Uploaded the modified paymill-fr-FR.po in the ftp /wp-content/plugins/paymill-paymill-wordpress-904d67b/lib/translate

it must be named correctly with scores and underscores
