I upgraded from 2.0.2 to 2.0.4 over the weekend. Smooth as clockwork, no issues at all.

Just follow the Codex installation guide to the letter and you should be ok.

I’m in the same boat… I am currently on 2.0.2 on my sites and need to upgrade. i am hesitant to upgrade to 2.0.4 because i want to make sure i can pick up the features of 2.0.3. i cant find any upgrades from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 then to 2.0.4 since 2.0.4 is already out. can anyone let me know if i should just upgrade directly to 2.0.4 from 2.0.2??
