Number of posts?

That’s a good idea to be able to set the number of posts – there should be some way to prevent the list from getting too long. I wonder if it should be set differently for each post type, or one setting for all.. I’ll try to implement it in the next few days. ??

Please see the latest update to v0.6 — I added an option to limit the number of posts to show on the list. The number can be set differently for each post type, I thought that would make more sense.

Thank you for the suggestion. I see that you’ve written and contributed to a huge number of plugins! I’ve only recently started writing a few small tools for features I want, and it’s a good experience to share and participate in the WordPress community.

nice plugin, but i think it would better to use reverse Order by using a limit – the x-newest ones instead the x-ones.

Other way: selection asc dec

I see, another good suggestion for the settings page.

It shouldn’t be too hard to add a display option for ASC/DEC order. Doesn’t it currently display the x newest posts as per the setting..? In any case, it sounds like it could be useful to be able to change the post order. I’ll try to include that option for the next update.

Please see the latest update to 0.7 – it displays the title only on one line, an excerpt as you say. I also added options for post order as per your suggestion.

Before update it displays x from beginning, not x newest. Now is perfect!
