cache without plugin

Hi

I have recently updated my theme from a more static to a e-commerce theme. Im pretty sure i had cache running on the old theme, but i dont seem to have any cache plugin for this theme.

however, my site just keeps caching. either that or changes just arnt being shown…

no matter what i do i can find where to disable the caching or show the changes.

has anyone got any ideas, im wonderiung if i would have to start from scratch?
