Poster image (for videos) field

As you can read here and see here, there should be a field called “Poster image URL” on Edit media page, but I can’t find on any of my two WordPress (3.6.1 and 3.7) installations.

I only have the field: name, legend and description, as you can see here.

What happens?? Why I haven’t the Poster image URL field? It’s because this field was added with “NonverBlaster:hover” plugin? It’s possible to get this field without using this plugin?
