i can't login

  • hi, this morning i was opend pc then erorr message poped up and it says.

    Are you able to log into your WordPress admin, or is this message displayed on the front-facing side of your site? This sounds like it’s just a plugin error. Do you have a plugin called something along the lines of ‘Authenticate Spam Check?’

    thanks, i found an answer.

    Please delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders. DO NOT touch the wp-content folder. Download and unzip a fresh copy of wp then using ftp upload the wp-admin and wp-includes folders to your site.
