You probably have a page by the same name in the trash – try emptying it.

I did empty the trash but it still shows a numbr 2 on it.

Maybe it is in the menu structure? I do not know how to delete a page under the menu structure. Any thoughts?

Still looks like a page in the trash – did you empty it under the pages screen? Look at the top of that screen to see if any pages show up in the trash number along the top.

Also, clear your caching plugin – that may be doing it.

Put it in the trash and made a new page. Published it and cache was clear. It is still the same.

Fixed!!! Changed the menu. Thanks again for your help.
