Multiple photos in listing and different listing type

    1) Where can I change a current listing type to a different listing type? I have a premium listing for $19 (includes 4 pics) and a regular listing for $10 (includes 1 pic). So i want a back end tool to change a current client from a regular to premium.

    2) Before the latest update, I had three photos displayed in a clients listing, in the listing results. Now, only one image is displayed, unless you click on the listing to the expanded version. We had planned to charge for this premium listing, but now we cannot. Why or how can I display more then one photo in the listing results?

    Hi sdressen,

    If you’re looking to upgrade a user from a regular listing to a featured listing, you need to do that from the front end. There should be an “Upgrade” button on the listings when you’re logged in as admin. That would be the easiest way. From the back OR front end, you can’t currently change the fee plans (if you have those two types of listings as fee plans). That’s probably something we need to think about for the long term.

    For your second issue, I’m not sure why that would be happening–we didn’t see that in testing. Did you have custom template changes before that got overwritten when you upgraded? The list view should only have 1 image per listing and then the detail view can have as many as you like. If you changed this via custom code, it may have been overwritten if you didn’t put the change in a safe place (as documented here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/customizing-bd-to-fit-your-theme/)

    Is that what happened?
