Migrating posts out of a custom post type

Hi there,

I recently built out a new website on a new theme which has a custom post type called ‘reviews’.

It’s a gaming site so we do news and opinion posts as regular posts and use the custom post type for reviews.

We have recently had so many problems with our current theme … stupid things…

Apparently plugins stop reviews from appearing in category pages … clicking preview strips images and the developers give very poor support.

I want to move away from this theme but is there a way to move all these reviews out of the custom post type into the regular posts section?

Would really appreciate any help on this, I am quite literally nearing my wits end with this!
