404 Error Page not working

Ok something is wrong with the error page I cant figure it out. The 404.php file is this:

<h2>The page you requested could not be find.</h2>

Return toInnovation Zen

<?php get_sidebar(); ?>

<?php get_footer(); ?>

But somehow it is not working. More strangely if you hit https://innovationzen.com/jsdfhjsdg you get a textual error page, if you instead hit https://innovationzen.com/blog/audfhs you get an error page by Yahoo who is my host.
