Manage UGC Posts not working

Do posts get uploaded at all?

Hi
I have put the shortcode on the submissions page under edit page/ text code. The form appears on the page and I can upload text and pictures. They appear in dashboard/media/manage UGC but when I approve them and select reattach to a pecific page they do not appear anywhere on website. I even get a e-mail informing me that an upload has been made. I am using Proview theme. I hve no coding experience. How can I resolve the issue?

Hey,

Once you approved a file it gets attached to the post. ‘attached’ only means that the file is associated with post, the plugin does not include the file in the post content. You can do that manually by clicking “Add Media” from your post screen and pick the needed image, and add it either as a single image to the post or as a gallery.
