• In previous generations of WordPress I could add a custom url to a post or page to add it to the menu. In newest version 3.71 it appears to be gone.

How can I write a custom url to the menu?
I have a side menu using a custom menu called sidebar
I need to be able to write a custom url to a post for each menu item.
    HELP!

  • I’m running 3.7.1 and I can still see the Links item on the left side of the Menu page and the option to write a custom url on the post. Are you having trouble making a custom url, or just adding a custom url to a custom menu?

If this feature disappeared, what theme are you using? Did you check the theme’s support to see whether it had issues with the new version of WP?
