Events do not synchronize with Eventbrite

Dear Stas,

I installed the plug-in. It’s very easy to handle – thanks. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

I am using the widget in the site origin page builder (integrated in vantage theme)
My problem is the following:

I can add events in the Events section, but they won’t be synchronized with eventbrite (even though I added all details in the settings). When adding the widget in the page builder it tells me that no event IDs are available.

Can you help me out with that?
