Why i can't make comment ?

  • why i can’t make comment on certain plugin support?
    I just request support which the plugin promise but don’t offer, i make purchase via here, i believe as consumer we have right to said it out to prevent others get con …..

    that plugin is really lousy (i do pay for it) and whatever i said is true nor hiding or create hoohaa on it …..

    yah we try to, but the author take out the forum and not response to support ticket ….

    we basically can’t do anything on it, so we prefer to tell the rest of member here to avoid this …..
    yes he don’t sell it here but advertise here, i think this is not right thing to do …
    Also when i made site review, i can’t even allow to put a simple review on theme and plugin i use ?
    something like this :
    theme. (not good, a lot of bug).
    Plugin a. (5 start given)
    Plugin b. (pretty poor of support).
