Possible to allow readers to post posts pending approval?

  • Is this doable with wordpress? if yes, does it exist in an easy to deploy format.

    I want to make a blog that will allow users to submit content and categorize it. The content will not be published until an admin approves it.

    Other users can then comment on the post as well as add tags to it.

    Does something like this exist?
