Cannot ‘Write Post’

Everything loads up fine, I can add / edit categories, etc. But when I try to simply write a post — I get nothing!
When I click the ‘write post’ link to /wp-admin/post.php I end up getting two boxes… one for comments and one for ‘WordPress bookmarklet’
This is the same version and theme as two other sites that work fine. What gives?
