No "Users" tab for other admin users

Hey, I have WP working great for me and I’m the main ‘admin’ user. I’ve created Administrator-level accounts for other people in my company. When they log in, they see exactly what I see except they don’t see the “Users” tab.

Is this a feature of WP, that only the main (original user #1) ‘admin’ can see the Users tab? Or a bug?
