Removed plugin from WP site still in Plugins folder on server

    I have removed the plugin from wordpress site via the plugins page.

    However when I go into my host at godaddy and check my plugins folder it is still there. If I remove it from here will my site be destroyed and why after it was removed from wordpress is it still in the plugins folder on my godaddy server.

    Not sure why it isn’t removed, as wordpress should handle that, but feel free to remove that folder, shouldn’t affect anything. You can also go into the database and make sure all tables with prefix ‘ec_’ were removed.

    also note, we do not normally monitor this area, best way to leave support is through our site, as noted previously.
