Installing a seperate domain name onto one server

  • Hello-

    I want to install WordPress with it’s own domain name onto a server with a massive pre-existing website. The pre-existing website is NOT a blog and has nothing to do with WordPress. As I was going through the install tutorials I am not sure how I can go about this safely. How can I keep the two websites completely seperate?
