Super Zoom do not work with iTheme2

Hi, great plugin! Congratulations.
We are trying to use this plugin in a site with iTheme2 theme, but i doesn′t work. It seems that the lightbox function is activated before, then, the mouse turns hand and if you click, one big image is displayed.
Do you know a way to force the super zoom works in this enviroment?
