Remove the plugin developer's advertisement from display box

Hello All,

I am using a plugin Contact Me by ContactMe.com, the problem is the “Get your free ContactMe button now”. I want to remove it but when I saw the files of plugin it only includes php files no css files. Can anyone suggest some solution.
