  • Hi,

Can I have the URL of your site so that I can see the problem for myself?

    Thanks.

    Hi
    I’m still looking for a solution ??
Unfortunately I can not give a url, the site is on a local machine dev.
    Thank you for your help

    Hi,

Are those images viewable from public domain? I mean, do they have public access? Although PrintFriendly generates preview on client-side, the PDF generation takes place on PrintFriendly servers and therefore those servers need access to the images in order to add them in the PDF.

This is likely the reason why PrintFriendly is leaving out the images from PDF. If the images are stored locally and not accessible via the web, PrintFriendly simply can’t grab those images.

Hope you can fix that now. Let me know. ??

Ah yes of course! I understand what you mean, as these images are on a dev machine they are not accessible. I would do the test on a production server.
Thank you for your answers ??

You’re welcome. Happy to help. ??
