Guest Author only appears on backend, not on article.

    I created a guest author profile and added that author as the author of a post, but despite the fact that he appears as the author on the edit page, his name does not appear next to the title and his bio does not appear at the end of the article. Instead, the name and bio of the post’s creator appear.

    Not a php expert but I can follow directions (and have done successfully in the past). Any advice as to why this plugin is basically not working at all?

    If you read the instructions/FAQ for the plugin, that’s the first thing they write about:

    How do I add Co-Authors Plus support to my theme?
    If you’ve just installed Co-Authors Plus, you might notice that the bylines are being added in the backend but aren’t appearing on the frontend. You’ll need to add the template tags to your theme before the bylines will appear.
