Displaying Social buttons on a page

  • Addthis Social buttons look perfect on a login screen, and in a widget.

    But I really need to add them to a page content and can’t figure out how..

    I see there is a shortcode available <?php addthis_ssi();?> but as I understand, it’s just for the templates? I can’t get it to work in the page content.

    Please kindly assist in displaying the Social buttons in page/post content.
