Using responsive light box with custom posts

Firstly thank you for the plugin, really good and easy to use.
I am using it with a portfolio I’ve built using custom posts and I was wondering if there was a way to display only the post content and not the content and the thumb image?This is my link : <?=$desc?>” rel=”lightbox” href=”<?php print portfolio_thumbnail_url($post->ID) ?>”>(read more)
