Widget drag and drop not working

  • I have 2 websites on WordPress and both of their widget drop and drag has frozen up and cannot be used. I tried deactivating plugins to see if there was something wrong with one of the plugins, but that didn’t work.

    I did notice an update instruction, which I completed. I do not know if that might have been responsible. I am not a professional web worker and need things explained to me in the simplest way.

  • Are you still having problems after updating? What is the problem you are having?

    Hi,

    It might be due to some javascript error which is creating loading problem on your widget page.
    Try using WordPress plugins which provides you javascript libraries.
    I recommend Use Google Library plugin for this.
