Unable to fetch the feed

The Facebook widget is installed on the home page and the page ID is correct. However, I get this error
“Unable to fetch the feed
Error :
This XML document is invalid, likely due to invalid characters. XML error: Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding ! Bytes: 0x0B 0x3C 0x62 0x72 at line 76, column 329
RSS Feed currently unavailable.”I have no idea what is causing this or how to fix it and so any help is appreciated.
