Page width and menu

    I’m looking at using the Semprul theme. It’s a really nice simple and clean theme but I would like to ask two questions:
    1. Is there any way I can make the posts/pages a fixed width and the content and sidebar narrower in proportion? I want to integrate into a site developed with HTML design software.
    2. How do I remove the menu at the top of the posts page?
