It shouldn’t be an option at all. Even if you have it on, the JMM page shouldn’t show the blog creation page.

I just tested on my site and no matter if I say ‘Both sites and user accounts can be registered.’ I ONLY get the user registration on the page.

Well I better do some more testing.

I must have F-d up some where.

    Will be back….

    The usual tests apply.

Turn on the default theme and turn off all over plugins.

Ok I have reinstalled another new multisite and started all over again.

Now, I have no plugins installed except JMM.

When I go to register on a subsite as a new user, If i click on the register button that is in the widget box (The JMM widget) it redirects me to the main site register box and that has an option to get a new site (that was my original problem). No Good.

If I open the register page I set up with the JMM shortcode it gives me the JMM register form without a “give me a new site” box, like it should, but when I fill in the form with a user and email and hit submit it redirects me back to the main site’s register form with the “give me a new site” box.
The user and email I just submitted does not register because I never get a email.

    Thanks Mika for the help.

I’m pretty sure you’re just not setting the plugin up correctly, or you have a conflict with your webhost, because I cannot reproduce this behavior ever.

    What theme are you using?

    Subdomains or subfolders for Multisite?

What options did you pick on the subsite for JMM? A screenshot would be great.

I’ll TRY to reproduce this, but every time I set it up, it works fine, and thus far, you’re the only person with this kind of problem.
