Menu pages not showing up

Hello,

I’m using Sliding door theme and cannot see my pages that I’ve made when i go to ‘All Pages’. This is what I’ve done:

1. Appearance – Menus and Created a New menu and added 7 PAGES

3. Selected ‘Sliding Navigation’ – from dropdown menu

4. Made changes to PS template and save new images as ‘save for web’ low-rez images.

5. I saved all them went to “All Pages” and do not see all the [ages I’ve created in order to upload the images into “featured images” as instructed.

Any help as to what I could be doing wrong is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
