Membership Renewal Process

Hello! I have a question regarding capabilities for renewing members. I need to set up membership levels with an annual fee. This fee does not need to automatically recur. I have figured out how to set this part up.

However, I have a question regarding the process existing members will face when trying to renew. Is there a renew button on their account page? I need members to be able to renew and tack on a year to their membership. So that if they renew 1 month before their membership expires, they have 13 months left on their membership. Same question with members who have let their subscription expire. Can they renew under their existing account?
