[ShortCodes Ultimate] Fatal Error Code While Activating

Recently deactivated ShortCodes Ultimate as there was a confliction with Revolution Slider. When I tried to reactivate plugin I got the following error code:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Warning: require_once(inc/vendor/class.sunrise-framework.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/shortcodes-ultimate.php on line 20

Have already tried deleting Shortcodes Ultimate and reinstalling with no luck. The php file it is calling for is also located in my plugins folder in FTP so I am not sure what the issue is. Please help!
