Unsubscribe not working

  • I have tested Sendpress a number of times and can’t get the Unsubscribe or Manage Subscription to work.
    It takes you to the correct page which shows the following…

    You are subscribed to the following lists:

    Subscribed Unsubscribed List Updated Other Info

    However it does NOT show the list… or any other details and there is no way for the subscriber to click on the information or manage the subscription.

    Anyone got any suggestions?

    Are you sending a newsletter to someone on a list? Or just to a test address?

    And is your list(s) public?

    Screenshots of your subscriber page and the manage subscription page would be helpful with those answers.

    I have sent the newsletter to myself through a gmail account and also through other email addresses that I have. I have tried email addresses that are hosted on my own server as well as servers in other countries, still the same result.

    Strangley enough, if you hit the save button on the unsubscribe page, it actually unsubscribes you from the list, however it does not show any of the information about the list you are subscribed to or the options available
