    Hi all,

First, I’d like to say what a fantastic plugin this is. Couldn’t be without it ??

    This is my scenario.

My WordPress multisite network is called ‘websites’. Within it I have a number of sites e.g. site2, site3 etc.

In my domain mapping the CNAME is set to websites.domain.com.
Then I’ve gone into site2 dashboard > Tools > Domain Mapping and changed the primary domain from https://site2.websites.domain.com to https://site2.domain.com.

Everything works like a charm, however, when I’m in the site2 dashboard, the permalinks are still https://site2.websites.domain.com.
This causes a few issues when adding images in that the paths contain ‘websites’ and it causes problems with plugins that look at the permalinks such as Plugin Organizer.

Is there any way I can get the permalinks in site2 to not include the ‘websites’ part?
