RSS feed shows reactions to protected pages

I have a question about the RSS feeds from my site.
There is an RSS feed for posts. This feed does not show members-only posts, exactly as it should be. There is also an RSS feed for comments. This shows all comments, even the ones made on protected pages.
How can I restrict the RSS feed for comments ?
