Video Thumbnail Images Not Showing

When I upload a video, a thumbnail image of the video is not created. It shows a light blue default “Video Image”.

I’m on a dedicated server that I have full control over and I installed an ffmpeginstaller package that installs all of the necessary libraries required including ffmpeg.

I have two other web sites on this server that utilizes a different video software package and I’m able to upload videos and see the thumbnails created.

I also paid $50 to have the ffmpeginstaller company login to the server and verify that ffmpeg is installed correctly and working.
