Exclude pages for cache in database-cache

Why should I add pages in “Never cache the following pages” on database-cache. I’ve done this in page-cache, but what is the reason to do this in database-cache-settings.
At the moment I have some problems with affiliate-pixels and I’m searching if this issue is combined with W3 Total Cache. Using WooCommerce.
I don’t find any documentation for this.
