• Hi Scott!

First, I LOVE YOUR plugin! Thanks for thinking of people like me who are unemployed for a season and still wanting to benefit from your WONDERFUL plugin….Again Thanks!

I’m kinda new to blogging…and yesterday I was very Successful in downloading the plugin and it worked beautifully…I LOVED the Buy Tickets icon at the top of the page….

But bouy, what a difference a day makes…returning to the page to admirer your handy work…today there is no formatting…the production is full page without any margins…the buy tickets icon is now at the bottom of the full page and I’m left wondering with my lil new blogger skills…How do I format the page for production.

Well, I thought that I would delete the plugin and add a new refresh one back ….well it remembered all of my information ….so Yikes…that didn’t work…

And i so remember the beautiful work of art that I had just saw and admired the day before….allll gone!

    Please help!

    Thanks!

p.s. I still LOVE this plugin!

    Hey Scott!

I was just passing by my blog saltandlightarts.com and was checking to see if something new had happened and you know what it did. Now at the very bottom of the page on the left side of the production page is all of my “side right panel” information that is located on the right side for the other pages…..Maybe I’ll wait a lil longer and it will migrate to the side right panel….LOL….I’m now hoping for the buy ticket icon to show up at my next visit….

I just thought you would like to know!

Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter!

It sounds like your theme is not compatible with the plugin. Since there are no standards for theme development, it’s impossible to guarantee compatibility. What theme are you working with?

FYI, there is a now a full theme for TheatreCMS. See the demo at:
    https://demo.theatrecms.com

    It’s available for purchase at:
