Push a custom plugin of TinyMCE menu to a metabox

    Hello there,
    I need a little help from you guys.
    It is required that I need to push a menu from the TinyMCE editor to a metabox, remaining fully functional.
    Here goes two illustrations to better exemplify what we want to do:
