I can′t replicate your issue.
You could try deactivating other plugins to detect conflicts.

I can’t give an URL because it’s not online yet, Im running it on Instant WordPress program. (which I’m 100% is not the cause to this problem)

But I’ve made a print screen of this error. I’ve also tried reinstalling WordPress, theme, … the error is still there.

And I’m not running any plugins, it’s all default

Nevermind, I got it.

I had to go to edit post –> screen options –> check excerpt and manually write (copy) excerpt.

Now it works! ??

You might consider it automatically creates excerpt from the post content?

Can anyone tell me where I can go in and change the PHP for:
max_input_vars
so that I can create more than 70 max by default pages, sub pages etc.. through the menu structure options. I have a web site that has food recipes and it will not allow me to add anymore sub items. And when I do drag a sub page over the last sub item/page on the bottom just falls off.
