[Feature Req] Option to exclude fields from email sent

I’d love if there was an option check-box added to each field when designing email forms where, you could check it to exclude it’s info from being sent in the email. For example, I have the usual “I agree to the Terms” check-box on my form; my email then sends me:

I Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Each time. I’d like to be able to exclude that from being sent to me since it’s actually useless information to me, and clutters up the message from the info I do need to see.
