Comments suddenly stopped working on newer posts

Out of nowhere, when some of my users try to leave comments on newer posts they get the “This is somewhat embarrassing isn’t it?” page. Posts from Oct 29th to now get that error page. If you click on a picture that’s in a gallery, you get the option to leave a comment under the picture still. The issue is when you click on “leave a reply” under the main post.
The “leave a reply” function has disappeared for most posts before Oct 29th.
Any ideas?
