My Cred Add on – Email notices doesn't seem working

    hi, i’ve enabled the “email notices” add-on, and set to “Email is sent when users balance goes minus.”, however, it doesn’t seem working, no emails received on my testing accounts after set them the point balance to minus.

    the notice is active and it’s set to ‘send to user’

    When it comes to sending emails, I recommend that you install the Email Log plugin to see if the emails are sent but your email account does not receive them or no emails are sent at all.
