NSFW – How to remove "Category/Archive"

I’d like to remove the “Category: Archive” that shows up at the top of these 3 pages – FOR THE LADIES, FAN SIGNS, FAN MAIL”
I’d also like to remove “Posted In (shows category)” under each post for any/all posts on the site while still leaving the “Leave a Reply” part.
Here is my site. WARNING: IT HAS ADULT CONTENT!
