Cannot access theme options page

    I can’t seem to access the theme options page (wp-admin/themes.php?page=kad_options) after updating to 1.7.7.

    I was using child theme without core modification (only css), but even when I change back to virtue theme still the same problem.

    I have also tried redux framework as advised in another thread earlier (BUG? : Virtue1.7.7), and yes I can access the redux options page.
