Seeking a little code to recreate the link_categories and links

  • I can’t use PHP good enough to write my own codes, so I’m asking for your help.
    I accidently deleted the two categories I mentioned at the title, and I don’t have a backup. I know that I can write PHP code to create these tables, but as I said, I’m new to PHP. Can you code for me or teach me to code something like that?
    PS: I don’t know enough to create them manually from phpMyAdmin, too.
